Process Philosophy
Used frying oil picks many contaminants from the frying operation. Food particles, water, salt, spices etc and high temperature deteriorate the oil fast. All these contaminants need to be separated from the oil to enhance oil life, to increase frying performance, to enhance food quality etc..
KO-Port is a very special portable frying oil filtration system. Oil is put into the filter. Filtration is done on special cellulose filter media. Customised adsorbent can also be used to remove dissolved impurities. Once the filtration is done and fryer cleaned, clean frying oil is filled back to the fryer.
